We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping and returns policy before completing your purchase.
1. Shipping Information

Delivery Time (Standard Products): Orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days after order receipt.

Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Products: These items require longer manufacturing times. Delivery timelines will differ and be communicated at checkout or via follow-up email.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally. Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Returns & Refunds

Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU consumer rights.

Return Fee: A separate $5.90 handling fee per return will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.

Outside the USA: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs outside of the United States.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout (for example, intimate apparel, personalized or made-to-order items).
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, if possible.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We may arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost depending on the product.
